Payments are due on the 15th of each month. If a payment has not been made in 60 calendar days, water service will be disconnected and you will be required to pay your bill in full plus a $50.00 re-connection fee.

In-person: 116 W. Church St., Richfield, NC 28137 (drop box on door for after hours)

Payment for new accounts, account transfers, and reconnection must call the office at 704-463-7117.

Payments can be made by cash, check, money order or debit/credit card. A $3.00 fee will be charged for paying online, calling in a debit/credit card payment or for using your debit/credit card in the office . We also have a drop box on our office building but ask that you do not leave cash in the drop box.
